1.1 - Any person who has reached the age of 18 years old can become an investor of the Company.

1.2 - User registration is the only basis for granting the Investor status and access to all functions of the site.

1.3 - It is necessary to refuse registration if you have certain doubts about your ability to strictly adhere to all rules and standards of cooperation with the Company.

1.4 - The company undertakes to maintain full confidentiality of personal data of the Investor with the obligatory condition of non-disclosure.

2.1 - The investor is obliged to specify actual private data during registration on the site.

2.2 - Investor is responsible for execution of transactions. Investor has the right to ask for help from the technical support of the Company for any issues arising in the process of depositing personal balance on the website or withdrawal of income.

2.3 - All the functionality available for use by the Investor is provided exclusively for investment activities. Illegal actions on the site, causing damage to the Company, entail a penalty in the form of blocking the account and confiscation of all available funds on the personal balance without the right of return.

2.4 - The investor automatically gives his consent to the processing of personal data by representatives of the Company on the conditions of the current legal provisions.

2.5 - When registering the Investor automatically gives his consent to the processing of his personal data by specialists of the Company in accordance with the current legislative provisions.

2.6 - The investor is forbidden to create several accounts. Duplicate accounts are deleted and funds are frozen.

2.7 - The investor carries out his investment activity in accordance with all clauses of the international legislation prohibiting any financial operations with illegal source of funds.

2.8 - The Investor assumes the responsibility to strictly comply with the tax laws of his country.

2.9 - The investor is deprived of the right to create accounts using the personal referral link for the purpose of abuse of the conditions of the affiliate program. At detection of such facts all accounts together with means on their balance are blocked.

3.1 - In case of force majeure circumstances, which do not depend on the Company, cooperation with the Investor is terminated for an indefinite period.

4.1 - The company has the right to change and supplement the existing rules, which come into force immediately after their publication in this chapter.

5.1 - Either party may initiate termination of cooperation.

5.2 - The company has the right to stop cooperation with the Investor at detection of violations of existing rules and any actions of fraudulent nature.

5.3 - The investor can initiate termination of his participation in the company at any time without giving a reason.
